Warwick Mills is hiring for an entry level, assembly positions.
This is an entry level manufacturing position, no experience is necessary. We are looking for both full and part time workers. Work may include sewing’ fabric inspection, small part assembly, and machine operation.
We are expecting to train many of these skills but candidates who already have some of these skills is a plus. We are looking for a fashion designer to work with our team to expand our diverse set of products. We are expanding our jewelry line in 2017 and we need your help. The job has 2 major components: first start up support for design and production for the jewelry division, and second garment design and patternmaking for new products in our technical garment area. Our products include: ballistic vests, stab protective vests, concealable frag protective clothing, high performance outdoor apparel, and protective gloves. We are very excited to be a partner with AFFOA Institute based out of MIT on wearable integrated textile technology. This design position will work directly on our advanced protective garments and in the wearables area.
Understanding of the fashion industry and current market trends is a must. Sales experience or excellent interpersonal skills, graphic design skills, and flexibility are also critical. This position would be frequently changing, it will not involve the same activities or skills from day to day. Best candidates would be passionate about design and aesthetics, have a confident but diverse voice in fashion design and be a good collaborator. This position has growth potential. We are a technology oriented company focused on textile innovation and design. Our manufacturing facility is located in Southern New Hampshire and the job would require regular trips to transition garment patterns into production.
