Warwick Mills has an open position for a Customer Service Representative. This position will be responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the company. Assists with orders, billing, account questions, cancellations, and other queries. Provides support to Sales and Operations with Sales and other reporting.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
This position reports to the Sales Manager. An experienced Sales, Planning and Finance staff is already in place to work with the successful applicant.
Hours for the position are 8AM - 4PM Monday thru Friday.

Warwick Mills is hiring for temporary entry level, contract Assembly positions.
We are a small growing manufacturing company who have need of temporary workforce for various periods of time. Contract workers are hired for a set period of time, based on the amount of work that is required to be completed. Temporary employment contracts vary from a few days to weeks, and sometimes even last many months if Warwick’s own customer’s project extends longer.
This is an entry level temporary manufacturing position, no experience is necessary. We are looking for both full and part time workers. Work may include sewing’ fabric inspection, small part assembly, and machine operation.
We are expecting to train many of these skills but candidates who already have some of these skills is a plus.
