Strategic Sales Analyst

We are looking for a full time Strategic Sales Analyst to join our Cambridge (Kendall Square), MA office.

Responsibilities
  • Sales planning.
  • New product planning, and ongoing forecasting of sales units/revenue.
  • Reporting and analysis to support sales and operations management.
  • Develop and standardize reports and provide recommendations in support of ongoing business initiatives.
  • Collect, analyze, evaluate, and track performance against established sales goals.
  • Provide individual coaching and support to Field Sales leadership in regards to sales incentives and promotions and provide occasional individual account reviews.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed (finance, manufacturing, marketing).
  • Must enjoy analytics and possesses an aptitude for investigating and problem solving.
  • Effectively communicate complex or detailed information to multiple individuals at customer and business units who have various knowledge levels.
Requirements
  • Minimum Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years experience in account management, sales, finance, business development, retail or other related field
  • The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be creative, easy-going and good-natured. Role requires a collaborative and flexible approach to sales.
  • Willing to pitch in where necessary.
  • Attention to detail and critical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and effectively manage time, schedules and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to see projects through from conception to completion in a business, institutional or academic setting.

Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a full time Sr. Graphic Designer to join our Cambridge (Kendall Square), MA office.

Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent projects for use in digital experiences and traditional marketing campaigns including advertising and trade shows.
  • Meet expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality.
  • Effectively develop clean, well-structured, easily maintainable designs.
  • Participate and collaborate in conceptual development and design ideation with company executives and members of the marketing team to define creative strategy.
Requirements
  • Minimum Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in design and 3 years experience
  • The candidate must have full proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).

Ongoing Opportunities

R&D Technician (Full Time)
We have openings for entry level R&D Technicians to perform tests for engineering projects and record and analyze data. Physical and chemical testing methods will be used to bring new concept materials from a lab format to full production.

Qualifications and Experience: Associates degree in science-related or technical field is required. Must be capable of working on a variety of projects in a dynamic, fast-paced, hands-on environment. Candidates should have a self-motivated, collaborative work ethic with excellent communication and organizational skills. You should possess basic math skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Access.
